4 oz white wine - Sovereign Opal
2 oz ginger beer
Lime wheel
Ice
Directions for one serving:
1. Fill glass with ice until about one quarter full
2. Add 4 oz of chilled white wine - Sovereign Opal.
3. Top with 2 oz of ginger beer or until three-quarters full. (Substitute with sparkling water or ginger ale)
4. Rim the glass with a lime and enjoy
