WINEMAKING
Merlot grapes were sourced from Hidden Terrace Vineyard and Sandhill Estate Vineyard in the Okanagan Valley, along with Vanessa Vineyard in the Similkameen Valley. The grapes underwent an extended fermentation of more than 14 days, followed by complete malolactic conversion. Aging took place over 14 months in a combination of 70% French and 30% American oak, with select portions matured in large-format French foudres to enhance depth and complexity while maintaining balanced oak influence.
