This rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Syrah and Cabernet Franc with grapes harvested from vineyards in Oliver and Osoyoos.
A pale salmon pink colour with lovely aromas raspberry, pomegranate and canned peaches. A dry, smooth yet refreshing wine with fruity flavours of red berries and black tea, which also linger on the long, spicey finish.

WINEMAKING
The grapes for this rosé were harvested from premium vineyard sites situated in Oliver and Osoyoos. The grapes were gently pressed with minimal skin contact immediately upon arrival at the winery to preserve the fresh fruit character and to achieve the delicate colour and structure in this wine. After pressing, the juice was clarified by cold settling in stainless steel tanks and racking off solids prior to fermentation. Each batch was cool fermented separately with a special strain of yeast typically used for white wine to enhance the aromatics. The final blend was then put together, before tank aging for 5 months. The blend is composed of 65% Pinot Noir, 13% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 7% Syrah and 5% Cabernet Franc.
