This wine is a light bodied, dry rosé with perfect balance, poise, texture, and elegance all wrapped in flavours of delicate red berries, rose petal, and white peach. The long lingering finish entices with notes of rhubarb and a touch of spice, earth, and rose.

WINEMAKING
The grapes were gently pressed with minimal skin contact for an ever so delicate watermelon rosé colour. The juice was cold settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature to preserve the fresh aromatics. The wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels for 2.5 months.
FLAVOUR PROFILE
A delicate colour with a fresh bouquet of summer roses and spiced oak.
