A medium to full-bodied Chardonnay with a smooth, slightly rich mouthfeel, and flavours of apple, melon, and tropical fruit. A fruit-forward style with subtle oak complexity.
The long lingering finish has flavours of grilled lemon, apple, spice, and subtle oak. The perfect amount of acidity refreshes the palate.

WINEMAKING
Harvested from Sandhill Estate and Hidden Terrace vineyards within the southern Okanagan Valley. The grapes were gently cold pressed and settled prior to fermentation. 80% was stainless steel fermented and aged sur lie for full expression of the fruit. 20% was barrel fermented and aged sur lie in new, one and two-year old French oak barrels for 6 months to provide richness and complexity. To preserve vibrant fruit expression, malolactic fermentation was prevented from occurring.
FLAVOUR PROFILE
A pale straw yellow colour with a bouquet of juicy pear, lemon and ripe pineapple. This medium to full-bodied Chardonnay showcases both a slightly creamy mouthfeel and an elegant profile, with medium acidity, and fruit forward flavours of pineapple and mango. The long lingering finish has flavours of apple, lime rind, and a touch of toasty oak, all perfectly balanced.
FOOD SUGGESTIONS
Serve not overly chilled at 14 to 16°C. A lovely sipping Chardonnay. Enjoy with lemon baked halibut; mushroom risotto; smoked salmon; creamy potato dishes; Brie and Camembert cheese.
